LobbyPMS allows you to print a receipt for any payments made by the guest for services or products, without having to generate an full invoice for their whole account.
To print the receipt, follow the steps below:
1. Enter the guests reservation.
2. Open the payments tab and click on the printer icon next to the amount paid.
3. When generating the receipt you can print it directly or save it as a PDF. Keep in mind that each receipt will have a unique number that will increase consecutively.
