This LobbyPMS function will allow you to manage the house keeping of all rooms in the establishment. This works as follows:
Step 1: Click on the blue cleaning icon in the upper right corner of the calendar.
Step 2: A new window, like the one shown below will be displayed, where you can check the status of each of the rooms according to the highlighted colors. You can also view alerts, created automatically when a room changes state.
By default, the rooms appear as "Undefined", which is identified by a white color. Additionally, every time a guest is checked out, the room will revert to the "Dirty" state automatically.
Step 3: Finally, you also have the option to manually modify the status of any room. Click on the name of the room from the calendar box. Then select a cleaning status for the room and click submit.
IMPORTANT: When saving the new status of the room, you will notice that the color of the room in the cleaning box will change. An alert will also be created showing which user made the change, the time and a description.
