LobbyPMS allows you to configure an automatic email to guests which is sent when the check out has been completed. This can be a a friendly thank you message with a reminder to review the hotel on Tripadvisor
Please see the steps below
1. Select Configurations via the main followed by Check in and reservations
2. Scroll down to the section titled Email Tripadvisor reviews link. Now find the URL of your business page on Tripadvisor, and copy and paste this into the relevant field. You should also complete the Subject and Message fields for the email

Important Note: In order for the guests to receive this email, you must first enter their email address into the guest profile. If this field is left blank when you complete the profile, then this function will not work.
