LobbyPMS allows you to make multiple room reservations under one single booking, and then edit the details for all the guests in each room. The process of editing these details is different compared to making changes to a single room reservation.
First you should find your reservations, remember because they will be named with the lead guest who made the booking despite there being several room reserved.
As you can see in the image above, the reservations that are highlighted in the blue box are the multiple rooms reserved under a single booking. The first room will always have the lead guest who made the reservation assigned it.
In this room we can edit the main guest details the same way you would do so as if it were a normal booking. The image shows that under the Guests section "1 of 1 guests have been registered". This can be edited by pressing the Delete button
Now find the other rooms in the calendar also booked by this customer, Remember these will automatically be assigned the same customer name. Again, open the Guests section as shown below
As you can see, this reservation displays "0 of 1 guests have been registered" and the guest details section below in completely empty. You now add the guest manually by clicking the Add guest button
After completing the guests details you can return to the reservation which will now reflect the changes made. See the image below, in the sections highlighted in red.
Finally you can assign that guest to be the new designated Reservation name for that room. See the section highlighted in blue in the image below.
These changes will now be reflected in the reservation calendar
This procedure must be repeated for each room
Important: Always remember to select a newly entered guest occupying a room as the person with the Reservation name so that it will show on the calendar making the system much more user friendly for staff.
