Below , there are all steps you must take in order to configure Excel to perform summaries and other operations with the available reports to download.
1. Click on the FILE menu and then select OPTIONS.
2. Now click on ADVANCED.
3. Disable the option that says "Use system separators". Now input a " . " as decimal separator and " , " as thousands separator.
4. Save your changes, restart Excel and re-open the files.
