LobbyPMS allows you to generate and print a registration document when a guest checks in. This will include full details of the reservation: Room, check in date, Number of nights, number of guests, detailed information of the guest who made the reservation, plus basic information of other guests if any..
Enter the reservation from the calendar and click on the document icon button button as show in the image below.

The system will generate the registration document which will open in a new window, allowing you to print or save as a PDF.

1. The header logo and hotel details on the document are, those that you have configured on the Property information page under the Configurations menu
2. The document number belongs is assigned automatically by the system. This number will not be consecutive from the previous registration however it will always be a unique number, and therefore it will never be repeated in another reservation.
3. You are able to change the document title and other details. For example it can be referred to as a REGISTRATION FORM, CHECK IN FORM, or any other term.
In the Configurations menu, open Check in and reservations page and edit the details under the heading Configure registration document
