Here you can create new user profiles for your staff members or departments, assigning each with different sets of permissions and restrictions.
Select Configurations from the main menu screen, followed by User List
2. Now click the Create new user button
3. Complete the required fields FULL NAME, USER NAME, EMAIL and a PASSWORD for the profile
Below you can see an example of two users that have been created in the system. One is designated as an Administrator and the other as a Collaborator, these roles have different permissions assigned to them.
On this overview screen you can also reset the user passwords.
You can now modify the user permissions
1.Click on the tab Access permissions
2.Select the user name from from the drop down list, whose permissions you want to configure. A menu will appear with many access permissions that can be enabled or disabled for that user.
3. Finally, in the Transaction Permissions tab, you can follow the same step as above however you will have several permissions only related to system transactions and accounting.
