The notification option with LobbyPMS will help you stay informed of the current status of all guest accounts, without needing to access the Optiolodging interface. You can schedule automatic email notifications to be set up and send at pre-determined time throughout the day.
Select Configurations from the main menu screen, followed by Configure notifications
Click the option Send email with guests account status and then select the frequency you would like to receive the notifications
You can set the frequency from all the option emails, to twelve hours depending on how often you would like an detailed report sent.
