The following tutorial will show how you can create a new tour/transport booking directly from the tours and transport calendar.
On the calendar page identify the service you want to create a booking for, from the list on the left had side. Now click the date you require, in the corresponding cell on the calendar. You will see some cells have a number, this represents the maximum amount of spaces still available. For services that do not have a daily capacity set, you will see the ∞ symbol.
When you have chosen the date a new window will appear, similar to creating a booking in the POS system. The main difference here, is the option to input a customer name for the service and to chose the payment status of this booking.
If you add the reservation to the system as already showing it had been paid for the tour then you will be asked to verify the method of payment before to continuing.
The tour/transport will no be generate and available to view on the calendar. You can quickly verify the details of the reservation, and the highlighted color will reflect the payment status for easy reference.
