To create a new tour or transportation service for a customer into of system, you have two options available. Here you will see ho this is achieved using the POS system
When you enter the POS you will see below the product item a section labelled Tour List. It is here you will find the category names of your tours and transport services that you have already configured.
You can now choose a service an add these to a customer account exactly as if they were making an product purchase: First, select whether it is a direct express sale, an external client or to be added to an existing room account. Now chose the category of the tour or transport service. Clicking on these categories will display your available services to add to the account.
When selecting one of those services, you will see a new window, after then you will fill out the number of people, the date, time and a note. Depending on which service you choose, and how it has been configured, there may also be other details such as the departure point.
Clicking Add will now load this service into the account ready for payment process or to add to an existing account.
The new reservation will now be available to review in your tours and transport calendar.
