In your Point Of Sale (POS) you can track receipts and their corresponding sales history.
Go to Accounting Reports and select Daily Billing Report
As we see in the image above, a detailed list can be seen with the invoice number, customer name, customer, ID, products sold, subtotal, the relevant taxes and amounts added and the total amount.
Dates can be filtered and the list can also be printed in thermal receipt format.
In your sales history button, you are able to see the list of product sales made during a certain date range. You can also see the status of the sale, and if a receipt was generated or not. It is also possible to see if this was charged to a customers room account.
After entering the Sales history page, you will have the option to filter results by a custom date range, the system user, product, status of the sale along with the option to search for sales specifically using a customer name, ID, or even an receipt number.
In the list of results the following information is detailed by column: date of the sale, who registered it, the client the products sold, the total sale amount, status, invoice number, and the option to either to generate and print a receipt if it was not generated, reprint invoice, cancel invoice, or cancel sale.
Note: the PENDING status is the sales that are linked to the rooms, and the sales that are PAID, but have no invoice, are sales charged in rooms and that was already paid in room invoice.
