LobbyPMS allows you to configure and manage multiple inventory locations according to the needs of your business.
An inventory center will have specific users assigned to it, who will be able to sell products assigned to those locations.
Start by selecting Inventories and products followed by Configure inventory locations
Start by creating a central inventory location where stock can be transferred later to other locations. Click the blue button New inventory locations.
As you can see in the image above, a new window will open where you can add a name and description for your new location.
This new inventory center will now be displayed on the main screen where, under the options column you can assign users to this location.
- Each time you create a new user, you must them assign them an inventory location, otherwise they will not be able to make sales.
- If a user can not sell products be sure to check that they are assigned to that location.
