LobbyPMS can help you keep control stock in an organized and effective way. This will allow you to easily monitor the daily inventory of products.
After you have created your products in the system and added your initial unit numbers that you will be starting with, you can then track these by the stock control button in the inventories and products section from the main menu. You will immediately see an overview list of all stock and current levels.
As you can see in the image below, the general overview will display stock levels of all products, product categories and whether they are available for sale in the POS.
You can also select the other tabs at the top of the page to view stock by inventory location, any adjustments made to stock levels and any previous transfers of stock between locations.
If you click on the Stock by inventory location tab, the information will be displayed like the example below:
The Adjustment history tab allows you to view any manual changes made to stock levels. You can search by date, category and subcategory.
As shown in the image above, you can verify the type of adjustment made, the amount of units changed, the reason and the user who made this adjustment.
Finally, in the Transfer History tab, you can see what transfers have been made of between your inventory locations. The user who made this system change will again be displayed as well.
